I’ve been drinking Parch.

I’ve been drinking Parch, a non-alcoholic agave-based beverage from a company based in Tucson, Parch Spirits. I’ve tried three flavors, and I’ve loved them—dry, only slightly fruity— and savory, too. What they’re trying to achieve is the saltiness of a Margarita without the alcohol—and I think it really happened.
